Use of Immersflow
Immersflow provides customer relationship, conversation intelligence, appointment, and automation tools for business teams. You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and only if you have authority to connect the accounts, channels, and data sources you configure.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and any other connected services. You must not share access credentials or use Immersflow to access data you are not authorized to process.
Connected services
If you connect Google, Meta, Microsoft, or another provider, you authorize Immersflow to use that provider's APIs only to deliver the features you enable. You can revoke access through Immersflow settings or directly through the provider's account permissions.
User content
You keep ownership of your workspace records and connected content. You grant Immersflow the limited permission needed to host, process, display, sync, and secure that content as part of the service.
Restrictions
- Do not use Immersflow to violate laws, privacy rights, or platform policies.
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or security protections.
- Do not connect accounts or import data unless you have the right to do so.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Immersflow reliable, but the service may change, pause, or experience interruptions. We may update these terms as the product, provider requirements, or applicable law changes.
Immersflow SMS program
Pathtech Global LLC, doing business as Immersflow, may send low-volume transactional and customer-care SMS to users who explicitly opt in or initiate a text conversation. Messages may include account and service notifications, booking reminders, verification or support follow-ups, and direct replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
Reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to stop messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, visit immersflow.com, or email [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Review our Privacy Policy for how mobile information is handled.
