Overview
Immersflow is a customer relationship workspace that helps teams bring customer conversations, meetings, bookings, and relationship context into one operating system. We process data only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Immersflow service.
Data we collect
- Account information, such as name, email address, and profile image.
- Workspace information, such as company name, website, members, roles, and preferences.
- CRM records, such as contacts, companies, deals, notes, tasks, appointment data, and activity history.
- Connected integration data that a user authorizes, including read-only Gmail and Google Calendar data when Google is connected.
- Operational data, such as logs, device/browser metadata, and diagnostic events used to keep the service reliable and secure.
How we use data
- To authenticate users and control access to private workspaces.
- To sync authorized conversations and calendar events into the correct CRM records.
- To show relationship history, customer context, appointment timelines, and revenue workflows inside Immersflow.
- To detect errors, prevent abuse, maintain security, and improve user-facing product functionality.
Google user data
When a user connects Google, Immersflow requests only the Google scopes needed for the visible CRM features the user chooses to enable. Gmail data is used to read relevant email threads and attach them to matching CRM records. Google Calendar data is used to read meetings and availability context so customer timelines and appointment workflows stay current.
Immersflow does not send email on a user's behalf, does not sell Google user data, does not use Google user data for advertising, and does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Sharing and transfers
We do not sell personal data. We share data only as needed to provide the service, comply with law, protect the service, or complete a user-directed integration. Service providers must process data only for Immersflow's instructions and the user-facing features described here.
SMS and mobile information
Pathtech Global LLC, doing business as Immersflow, sends SMS only to people who have explicitly opted in or who initiate a text conversation with us. SMS may include account and service notifications, booking reminders, verification or support follow-ups, and direct replies. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share information with service providers solely to deliver and support the messaging service. Text-message originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties except as required to provide the requested messaging service or as required by law.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is retained while the workspace is active or as needed for security, legal, and backup purposes. Users can disconnect Google access from Immersflow or from their Google Account permissions page. When Google access is disconnected, new sync stops. Users can request deletion of workspace or connected integration data by contacting us.
Security
We use access controls, encrypted connections, operational monitoring, and least-privilege practices to protect data. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we work to reduce risk and respond quickly to security issues.
