Why Immersflow needs these scopes
Immersflow uses read-only Gmail access to display relevant customer email threads inside CRM records, so a team can understand the history of a customer relationship without manually copying messages. Immersflow uses read-only Calendar access to show relevant meetings, appointment context, and customer timeline events inside the workspace.
What Immersflow does not do
- Immersflow does not send, draft, modify, archive, or delete Gmail messages.
- Immersflow does not create, edit, delete, or invite guests to Google Calendar events.
- Immersflow does not sell Google user data.
- Immersflow does not use Google user data for ads or unrelated market research.
- Immersflow does not use Google user data to train generalized AI or machine learning models.
Limited Use compliance
Immersflow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is used only to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in Immersflow.
User control
Users can disconnect Google access from Immersflow settings or revoke Immersflow in their Google Account third-party access settings. Once disconnected, Immersflow stops syncing new Gmail and Calendar data.
